This is a single-purpose site charting my journey through popular and alternative music albums released in 2008. I started listening to music around 2010-11, and became enamored with the colourful state of indie rock and alternative in that time. I've since listened to a lot more from all kinds of periods, but the era just before my entry to music has always been a blind spot to me. What was the late 2000s? Did I miss out on something important? Why is there so much electro-pop? I intend to find out.
